What a great place to set up camp and enjoy the great outdoors. 154 acres of mixed bush with farmland and yardsite and easily accessible being a quarter mile off the highway in the RM of Bjorkdale. Plenty of wildlife to keep you entertained including bear, moose, elk and deer. The yardsite has a dugout to the north, some older outbuildings and power at the power pole. The power also runs to outbuildings with no guarantees to it being to code. This package also offers a little bit of rental income from the land by a local tenant. Approximately 90 acres in cultivation from owner(sama has 68) with the balance in bush. The possibilities are abundant whether you are expanding your land base or looking for great hunting grounds, this will fill your purpose.
